Serious ambition welcome. Come build winning relationships with clients, crews and colleagues all while you offer unparalleled customer service. In this position the Office Manager will serve as the lead for all critical administrative functions of the organization including all incoming client communications. Fundamental responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- • Answering and directing all incoming calls
- • Manager and support all office equipment
- • Manage office supplies and office snacks
- • Leadership and departmental support
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS… Stuff You Tell People at Parties
So, what does it take to succeed in this role? We’re looking for a top-notch customer service representative who can combine intense self-motivation with well-developed time-management skills. Candidates should have:
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred OR equivalent work experience
- • 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- • 1-2 years’ experience with relational databases
- • Proficient with computers and standard software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to effectively deal with a multitude of concurrent circumstances
- • Creative problem-solving skills / quick thinking / practicality / decision making
- • Flexibility / adaptability / patience / high tolerance
- • Time management / multi-tasking / organization
- • Attention to detail
