Make Your Production Look Like A Feature Film

Ground level to eight stories in one smooth moving shot. The Akela Crane has been used on feature films like Titanic, The Thin Red Line and Harry Potter movies but you don’t need to be making a feature to use this crane. It works stupendously for long sweeping movements over uneven surfaces. The set up time is about three hours and the tear down takes about an hour and a half. The crane is manned by 3 operators a crane operator, spotter and a camera and head operator. This video shows us just what the Akela is capable of and it’s worth a look.
