This Sotheby’s International Realty video doesn’t even need words. The featured waterfront property in Deephaven, Minnesota, speaks for itself—through beautiful shots that will leave you enchanted and speechless. The video-tour of this one-of-a-kind Minnesota property utilizes aerial photography, wide-angle lenses, and natural lighting to make your jaw drop.

Although this home has a very classical feel, it makes use of hip and upbeat music that keeps you focused. It moves right along with the beautiful visuals of boats cutting through the water, tall staircases, and a beautiful swimming pool.

This beautiful yet straightforward 30-second video takes you inside the home and mind of a new home buyer. In this particular case, viewers can experience the journey of a young mother and her daughter as they walk down the sidewalk and into the front door of their new home.

Although subtle, if you look, you’ll notice something about the colors. The mother’s dress, the little girl’s pants, and even the door of the home all match the color of Berkshire Hathaway’s brand.

The cameraman capitalizes on natural lighting in this warm and touching video—the sunlight creeping in the front door, and a short time later through the windows.

This short video captures the sweet story that shows a sentimental mother’s vulnerabilities, hope, and excitement for the future in a new home that she will share with her daughter.

The narrator’s sincere, calming voice backed with music that incorporates a piano, ties the story together.

The success of this video is that it builds a brand through a short story in a targeted market.

3. Hiranandani Developers

This video takes viewers on a mesmerizing tour of Hiranandani Gardens in Powai. A place that Hiranandani Developers describes as, “India’s Finest Township.”

It all begins with an opening featuring soft piano accompanied with an on-screen animated sketch drawn real-time of a beautiful landmark in Mumbai.

The video is crystal clear. So much so that in many of the scenes, it’s almost as if you could reach through your viewing device and touch the leaves of a tree.

The distinctive voice of the narrator, along with the building piano, sets the tone for the virtual tour of Hiranandani Gardens in Powai.

This video does a great job of using aerial photography and time-lapse photography to keep users engaged and anticipating the next shot—shots of beautiful swimming pools, manmade forests, and the daily life throughout the streets of Hiranandani Gardens.

The camera crews make use of light throughout the video, whether it’s coming through the clouds, off of the water, or shining down into one of Hiranandani Gardens’ breathtaking architectural pieces.

The use of animated graphics and infographics with precise stats puts it all into perspective for viewers who can quickly determine what exists now and what the future holds for the landmark.

The fun, trendy, and upbeat music of this piece aligns perfectly alongside a mall filled with shoppers on the move and the animated motion graphics. The music selected for the production takes this video from advertisement to fun music video.
